dose response curve???

is there a dose response curve to MDMA? and i’m NOT recommending ANYONE do this but besides the actual damage, is there a whole lot of a difference between 2 points and say…a whole gram? from what i GATHER..is it even worthwhile in terms of them and it’s deadly to do that high of a dose; not sure if this makes sense
