If my resting heart rate is high and Iām sweating, is it safe to take mdma?

My resting heart rate right now is in the 120s and Iām still sweating like crazy even though I only took a 2g dose of kratom almost a day ago (my first time). Is it dangerous to take mdma now with that heart rate and body temperature?
