We are following this regimen from www.rollsafe.org. Ended up skipping the ALCAR and forgetting to take more Na-R-ALA after 4 hours though.
1-3 hours before: 100mg Na-R-ALA 200mg Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg Vitamin-C (e.g. 1x Emergen-C packet) 500mg ALCAR 100mg Grape Seed Extract 100mg CoQ10
2 hours after dosing: 100mg Na-R-ALA 200mg Magnesium Glycinate 1000mg Vitamin-C 100mg Grape Seed Extract
4 hours after dosing: 100mg Na-R-ALA
That night: 5-10mg Melatonin
The following 3-7 nights: 100mg 5-HTP 400mg EGCG
It's produced quite naturally on molly!
We were actually underwhelmed by the Vick's. This was our first time trying it.
I'm too new to it to know this. This was only our second roll and first time with supplements. So it's hard to know which have made the most difference, and we also lowered our dosage this time, so while we feel great today (just a little weak and had mild headaches, with some afterglow as well), not sure yet what to attribute it to most.

Just the girlfriend and I. Overcompensating perhaps for last time, which was our first time, when we spontaneously redosed twice for a total of 300 mg each with no supplements. Have been reading up on it since and trying to do it right now!
