Does 2cb kill a roll

I had a .14 mdma dose. 1 hour later I redosed .6 mdma with half a 2cb pill. As soon as the 2cb pill started to kick in my magic of the roll was gone almost completely. However the mdma redoes seemed to bring it back maybe 1/4 of its strength from that first drop.
Anyone else got any stories or info on 2 bc being used midway through a roll will kill it? Thanks
