Just finished reading a book about psychedelic therapy and towards the end there was a chapter about whether MDMA is dangerous. Long story short, the chapter addressed the areas of neurotoxicity, cognitive health, and emotional health. The answer to all of these was that, unless abused, it does not pose much of a threat (apart from drinking too much water or over heating). Since M has a half life of 8-9 hours, much of it will be out of your system within a few days let alone weeks. To what extent does the body need to recover for an extra couple months once the chemical is completely out of the body. I still plan on responsible use because I donβt want to lose the magic, but did the three month rule come from science or anecdotes/speculation?
Best, Donk
