Anyone from the UK/Europe know if boots antacid can substitute for TUMs?

I want to take it before my roll because apparently it lowers stomach acid for an enhanced roll. They’re 500mg calcium carbonates tables sold as ‘indigestion relief’. Would these substitute for TUMs?
