Can MDMA make you faint?

I gave my friend a dose of MDMA crystals (around 120mg) – a standard dose, nothing crazy. He’s had some experience with pills and a little with crystals but usually takes very small doses because he’s cautious. This time, he took the full dose after eating. About an hour later, he started feeling dizzy, like he was going to faint, and also a bit nauseous.

The strange thing is, after that initial discomfort, he actually really enjoyed the experience. I’m asking this because I’m worried about him. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know why this might happen?
