My wife and I have a chance to roll again just 41 days after our last roll. Before that, it had been well over a year, probably close to 18 months. We basically only roll around our anniversary as a tribute to our relationship and to get that deep reconnection. We rolled October the 12th. We each boofed 125mg with no re-up. No supplements that time, but i do have a few Roll-Kits for future use.

It was a wonderful roll and our recovery was very smooth without any noticeable down days. Honestly we both said that if it weren't for lack of sleep and our sore jaws, we could have gone to work the next day.

I ask because I am aware of the 90 day rule and and in my younger days I always followed it. We just don't get the opportunity to have mischievous alone time much anymore, and this weekend just opened up for us out of the blue. Thank you in advanced for your input.
