I had my first experience with MDMA with a friend. We both took half a pill of tested MDMA, and I can only estimate the dosage since it was an ecstasy pill, but I’d guess our dosage was around 100-120mg. The effects were enjoyable, and fortunately, I didn’t experience a harsh comedown; it felt like a smooth return to normal.

I plan to roll again soon, which will be three weeks after my first experience. I understand that the usual recommended wait time between rolls is 1-3 months, so I realize that rolling after only three weeks could cause some damage. With that in mind, how long should I ideally wait after this upcoming roll to give my body and brain adequate recovery time?

I’m not planning to make this a habit and only intend to use it for special occasions. So, how long should I wait after this roll to recover well?
