why do i always get sick

hey guys !! so i only take mdma on a weekend when iām going out go a gig, so not all the time, and usually 80% of the time a couple days after taking it im always getting sick, i get a sore throat cold and hot sweets headache etc etc, i have no idea if its from getting a bad batch but the same thing also happens to a frjend as well, do we just have really bad immune systems ?
