Adderall XR reduce roll

For context, been taking MDMA for two years. Both pure and Xtc pills. I used to take it way too often (almost every 2 weeks), but now only every 3 months or so.
About a month ago, I started taking low dose Adderall XR for ADHD (15mg daily).
The next time I roll, what can I do to make sure it isn’t as diminished?
I know it’s a pretty low dose of adderall but still I plan on skipping my morning dose the day before and the day of. Should I be good?
