Alternative medications (to Mirtazapine & Fluvoxamine) so I can roll again

Post Body

I posted this in r/insomnia and everyone just told me not to do molly instead of actually giving me an answer so I’ll post it in here instead.

“I've taken mirtazapine for over a year now for sleep and it's helped out tremendously. I've been able to fall asleep every night without fail. A lot of my insomnia is anxiety based so mirtazapine really helps with that. I've tried other medications like trazadone and melatonin (I've taken melatonin most of my life until I started mirtazapine). The problem with mirtazapine is that it kills the effects of mdma when I did it. I really want to do molly but don't want the effects killed by a medication. Even though mirtazapine isn't an SSRI it is still affects the serotonin receptors and kills the experience. There are a lot of mixed anecdotes of some people saying it kills the roll and others saying it doesn't but for me it kills it. A few months ago I started Fluvoxamine for anxiety and since it's an SSRI haven't even tried rolling based on the chance of serotonin syndrome. What I am wondering is if there are any other medications that'll help with anxiety insomnia that will guarantee to put me to sleep every night. Preferably something that doesn't make it too difficult to get up in the morning and something that doesn't affect serotonin. I want to get off both mirtazapine and fluvoxamine in order to do molly again.”

So to summarize I want a medication that helps me sleep, won’t make it too difficult to get up in the morning, helps with anxiety, and won’t affect my roll.
