Can I take MDMA *before* starting an SSRI prescription? Any help would be appreciated :)

Basically I've been prescribed fluoxetine, I'm aware of the danger of mixing SSRIs with MDMA. My question is essentially if I take MDMA (one last time perhaps 😔) how long until it's safe to start dosing the SSRI? I wanna have one last goodbye roll incase I'm on this stuff longterm
