bad idea to roll if I feel unwell physically?

So I have felt like I had covid the past week. I tested negative for covid so it’s not that.

But I still feel feverish, stomach nausea, fluxuations of body temperature, feeling hot here and there, etc.

I may have food poisoning or just some other bug or virus

I don’t feel that bad, I was able to get through my home workout today weight lifting, but it felt extra hard and waves of feeling unwell.

I feel it could be a bad idea to roll because it may affect my ability to dance and feel great physically even though I’d be mentally good, or overheating.

I don’t want to waste the roll, but I have been planning it for a trance event tonight and really want to, but yea I haven’t felt good and think it may be best to only do it if I’m feeling well/normal physically.

I know it’s been asked before, but I haven’t had any personal feedback on it, so it’s much appreciated.

Imm so nervous to roll tonight because of this!!! lol

Edit: wait I kind of regret not doing it, it’s not even hot in the venue. They have mad AC and it feels like 65 degrees F lmao
