Is it normal if boofing burns?

So I got some molly tonight and just booted 0.2-0.3g. Feeling wonderful but the boof kinda burned my asshole? Like a fiery, spicy kinda sensation. Is this normal? I’ve booked ket and coke before and never felt this. I have boofed mdma before too but not for a long time so I don’t remember if this happened before.
