Lexapro and MDMA

Aloha, currently taking 20mg lexapro (escitalopram) and have been since February so for about 6 months. I plan on taking the mdma in three days. Does anyone have any experience rolling while on this dose of lexapro? Should I begin tapering my lexapro for better results? I understand ssri’s will limit its effect but I’m wondering if I should just accept this and continue my meds regularly or can definitely make it more effective in your through tapering in your opinions?
