I want to try MDMA for the first time.

I only really have experience with benzos, pregabalin, weed, hash and LSD, and i have never really taken a drug that has given me a "comedown". The LSD wasn't too potent and i don't know exactly how much i actually took, but i felt completely normal once it started to wear off.

I have plenty of friends who've taken both ecstasy pills and pure MDMA crystal. I have a friend who uses it freakishly often, every week or so. I've heard that the comedowns are worse if you use MDMA often, but this friend say the comedown is usually just headaches, some numbness/sadness, and that it only lasts for a day or so. I don't know this friend too well, and i don't know about their personal issues or struggles, so i can't say much more than that.

My other friend, who (as far as i know) doesn't use it too often, says it's awful and that you feel extremely depressed for up to two weeks. This friend has a concerning amount of mental struggles though, and does other drugs such as amp, hash or street xans quite often.

Everyone seems to say different things, which makes me unsure of what to expect. It seems to differ a lot depending on your mental state, and the dose.

I am quite anxious, stressed, disorganized and depressed as a person. On top of that, I just slipped and started using benzos again after trying to quit cold turkey. I was sober for two weeks or so, and went through withdrawals that caused my anxiety and depression to increase by a lot. I also had rebound insomnia and had to go to the shitter 150 times a day due to stomach pain.

I feel a LOT better now, but i still feel disorganized and a little lost, this because i started using benzo again. HOWEVER, I don't feel severely depressed or severely anxious. Should the comedown be fine for me if i pop 150mg MDMA, and is 300mg too much for the first time?
