How long should I wait after stopping Abilify and Effexor before trying to roll?

I’ve been scouring the internet for an answer to this question without much luck.

What I did find is that Effexor is 99% out of your system within 24 hours, 100% out within a couple days.

Abilify, on the other hand, is much more mysterious. I’ve read answers from two weeks to two months for it to leave your system completely. I’ve also read conflicting things about its effect on rolling, Some say it has no effect and others say it stops you from feeling the come-up.

Does anyone have experience with this drug combo and mdma? How long did you come off the meds before being able to successfully roll?
