Exactly a week ago I took and pill of XTC. It felt and extremely intense come up and the classic emotional warmth. After I felt low and depressed as usual. However later that day my veins starting contricting heavily (I had taken the pill at around 11 in the morning and this was happening around dinner time) on the dinner table my entire body was tingly and I started sweating very heavily. (The room was well ventilated but it still felt extremely hot). My muscles even started cramping. I went to my bedroom which was significantly colder and the symptoms slowed. At night I was having vivid hallucinations and couldn't sleep. I was also pretty anxious. What steps could I take to identify what I had taken? Do any of you have any guesses?
