I feel like people preach this in order to present themselves as wise users, but let's look at the facts.
There are 0 scientific studies citing this.
There are no anecdotal or survey based studies citing this.
Nobody could tell you who started this.
I don't think it's healthy for a whole community to blindly follow and regurgitate something as a fact when they can't tell you why that's the case besides "it's just safer for your brain bro".
Funny thing? There are literally ZERO studies showing toxicity in humans or human like primates showing PURE MDMA (not laced like most shit) is neurotoxic!
WHAT DO WE KNOW FOR A FACT?
- always test (most ods are laced)
- always hydrate
- make sure you don't overheat
- probably don't dose over .2 (we all know people who've taken .7 etc but it seems to be all risk no reward)
PS;
I see people on this board who obviously use with no respect to the substance and are borderline just drug addicts after scrolling post history. you shouldnt urge to see how far you can push it but if you're at a festival and the vibe is right for example, you can have a beautiful multi day experience with M and you shouldn't worry as long as you check the healthy condition boxes. Be an adult and follow use intention.
Getting a lot of these posts lately!
People’s opinions are just that, OP there are a lot of people on here who swear by the “3 month rule” and that’s fine, there are others who roll more often, that’s fine too. We try to give out real world advice to people asking for help or have questions.
3 month rule - yes, the godmother of psychedelics mentioned this and is actually on point. Doing this drug more often just turns into a meh time. Yes you can have fun but like anything the novelty does wear off. I personally first used this during a difficult time in my relationship with my wife, it basically saved our marriage. We have used this for years now for intimate nights at home. At the start it’s all exciting but after a while it does lose its spark “if using more often”
We’ve never lost the magic, we’ve done weekly rolls, fortnightly, monthly and like anything the more you hold off the more special something is!
The more you roll the bigger the toll it takes on your body/brain it’s just fact. If you know anything about serotonin receptors and stress it puts on your brain while rolling you’ll know that in general spacing these out often will be more beneficial in the long run and hence more enjoyable.
If you want to roll x times in a month you do you, but it will creep up slowly. Trust me I’ve been there!
We have found rolling once every 4-6 weeks is fine, if we need a little longer so be it. You and only you know what your body is capable of.
Food for thought from a “wise user”
