Experiences with Vortioxetine (Brintellix, Trintellix)

I have a big occasion coming up so I wonder if anyone else has an experience with rolling while having taken this specific antidepressant. It is a bit peculiar because it is quite new and not a lot of people have had an experience (hence why I ask here) with it and it has a really long half life (66h). Do you guys think one week of no use would be fine to roll well. I am not depressed or was before it idk why my shrink put me on it
