I’ll be rolling at home with my wife on Friday 21st June. We’re looking to optimize our roll. We’ve been taking NAC and 5-HTP (with green tea) daily, and plan to stop this Friday (14th), a week before we roll.
We plan to take magnesium glycinate 2 hours prior to rolling, as well as when we first roll. We also have a 1000mg vitamin C packet - should we take this as we roll or before? Does it make sense to take more of this in the days leading up to rolling?
We also plan to change our diet the week of the roll. Mostly soups and salads, keeping it light the whole week and limiting carbs and sugar. Personally, I plan to barely eat on the 21st as I prefer for it to hit on a mostly empty or empty stomach.
Is there anything that we’re obviously missing? Anything else that could help? Looking for all ideas!
Flailing as supplements, as I think that’s closest to what we’re after?
