RaveRx not responding and not delivering supplements

Hello Everyone,

I am reaching out to warn others and to seek some help regarding RaveRx supplements. I purchased a pack of 10 (with a bonus 1 pack) on May 09, got confirmation that the payment went through and the website advised that the fedex delivery would take 2-6 days.

It is currently May 24 and I have still not received anything. I checked the delivery address (it is correct) and reached out to RaveRx on May 17, asking about my order and stating that I had not received anything from them and that I also had no tracking number.

I received an email back from them on May 21 stating the following:
"Hey,

We haven't heard back from you yet, so I wanted to check in to see if you need any further help with your inquiry or have any more questions.

Please let me know—I'm here to help!

Kind regards, James."

This makes it seem like they reached out but I never received any form of communication from them prior to this email. I replied to that email on the same day and still no response from them. There's another thread on here that said something about them having trouble with emails but honestly, it is unacceptable for a business to use this as an excuse to not communicate with customers. I tried accessing their live chat, but the website is a dumpster fire and I can't even access that.

Has anyone else run into this issue with them? How did you resolve it? Is there no other way to reach out to them than the email?

I would strongly recommend not using them as this feels very scammy. I ordered individual supplements from Amazon and got them the very same day. I don't know why rollsafe recommends them as a supplement provider. I'm thinking of reaching out to rollsafe as well and asking them to remove RaveRx as a provider because of this. I know they likely won't, but I want them to be aware of this. This is disgraceful.
