Candyflip went wrong

Hey guys, looking for some advice on what happened to me the other night.

I was attending a rave on Saturday and planned to candyflip. I took a couple tabs of acid before we left for the rave, and about 3 hours into the rave I dropped my first dose (120mg) of MDMA, it was tested and stuff I’ve used before without issue.

Within 10 minutes of taking the MD, I didn’t feel right, I got quite hot, felt sick and lightheaded. obviously expected on MDMA and in a room full of people dancing, I went outside and got some air, but things didn’t improve. I went to the toilets and forced myself to throw up like 6 times, it was horrible. I was still feeling awful and felt like I was gonna pass out.. my friends called event staff over who came and checked on me, explained what I’d taken and that I’d done this before, so I knew something seriously wasn’t right - they assisted me to the onsite paramedics in a back room at the venue. They they my heart rate and blood pressure etc, said everything’s okay although my heart rate was a little high - I still slowly feel like I’m about to drift out of consciousness, they gave me some fruit. About 40 mins later I start to feel okay again. At their recommendation I had to leave rave and go home.

Absolutely gutted, I was so excited for the night but instead it turned into one of the scariest moments of my life. Can anyone explain what could have happened? I’ve done acid plenty of times before, I’ve rolled a few times before and no issues, I supplemented beforehand and stayed hydrated throughout - did the two substances just amplify eachother too much?
