What is the interaction between grapefruit juice and mdma?

I know grapefruit juice interacts with a lot of drugs and people say not to take it. I am reading a supplement guide for harm reduction for mdma and they recommended to optionally take it. I thought this would not be recommended similarly to other substances. So, in your experience; how does the roll differ on and off mdma?
