today i got prescribed 50mg sertraline for anxiety and am due to start taking it tomorrow, however the last time i took MDMA was only 5 days ago and the time before that was around a week prior to then (i am aware this is dangerous but regardless of my prescription i was planning on taking a long break from it anyway). i did speak to my doctor honestly about my recreational drug use however she didn’t ask about the last time anything was taken. i’m slightly concerned about the interaction and wondering if i should wait a little longer before starting the SSRIs as i’m very scared of developing serotonin syndrome etc. does anyone have any experience with this/information that could guide me on what would be best to do here?
