help with meds/MDMA?

NOT on SSRIs but chose the closest flair
so i tried some tested MD with my boys, they all rolled but i did not and i’m 99% sure it’s because i’m on abilify 7.5mg a day and have been for a few months. i was off it for a day, which clearly wasn’t long enough. i’m wondering how long i should be off it to roll? i’m willing to wait to try it again of course but when i’m ready i know i gotta go off em, and i just wanna see how long y’all would think. thanks :)
