How long before rolling should I stop taking Vyvanse?

I take Vyvanse 40mg almost daily and I’m wondering how long I have to be off of it in order to have a proper roll.
I’ve read some mixed suggestions. Some saying they take a week off, some say a few days, some say to just not take it the day of. What are your thoughts?
