Electrolytes during rolling?

I've read in almost every guide that it's important to hydrate and intake electrolytes as well while rolling . I've found a local product that contains the following:
Na 66 mmol/L, K 20 mmol/L, Cl- 60 mmol/L, HCO3-Â 25 mmol/L, glucose 111 mmol/L, osmolality 283 mosmol/L
Would that do? Thanks
