Wife had bypass

Does that effect the duration or how much she should be dosing? It seems to go through her system way faster than mine.
The surgery was years ago and we have used multiple times since without problems. She just seems to come down a lot faster than me or anyone else we are with.
And gastric bypass, not heart. I should make that clear too
