Has anyone here taken MDMA when they are on Imipramine? Did the MDMA work?
It’s a tricylic antidepressant (TCA). Imipramine appears to work by increasing levels of serotonin and norepinephrine and by blocking certain serotonin, adrenergic, histamine, and cholinergic receptors.
