Will I get serotonin syndrome?

So I’ve ended up doing stupid amount of tapentadol tofdsy( last dose of we about 300ny. 20 mins later I took around 100-160mg of mdma.
I know it is a stupid decision bc I forget tapentadol also has serotonin mechanisms. Please anyone with any tell tales signs, bc I’m worried I may need to call an ambulance rn
