Hi there, so I've been using sertraline for around a year now and my mental state is fully stable. Also I treat OCD and minor anxiety, not depression. I have never rolled yet but I'm somewhat experienced with classic psychedelics. A 100-150ug tab of acid gave me a pretty mild trip recently.

I'd like to try MDMA for the very first time soon but I've been told about the risks of developing a serotonine syndrome while mixing it with SSRIs.

How risky it is to roll 100mg once while on SSRIs? I know that serotonine syndrome is not a joke but is one time event also risky?

Also how would SSRIs affect the effect's of MDMA?
