Is there any substance that can be safely used to achieve a high comparable to MDMA without draining serotonin?

Just wondering bc I’m sticking to 3 month rule but would like something comparable. I’ve dirty rolled (adderal alc) but it’s pretty similar to j drinking regularly for me
