I've been doing MDMA since summer 2019, in rave party, in sex, solo sometime... Around 2500 mg to 4000 mg a year. With sometime 1 month break or sometime 2 months break.
In 2024 I really want to reduce my consumption and lead myself into a prompt recovery from the cardio toxicity & the neuro toxicity that MDMA is inducing. Currently battling my MDMA addiction...
As for today, I'm consuming a lot of Ginger (raw, I blend it with fruits & protein as a post workout recovery shake)

Also, I want to find some supplement, I see some 5 HTP and ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) posts on reddit but I would like to find an healthy routine and add some supplements to recover from these MDMA abuse nights.

Do you have any recommendations/suggestions for supplementing into a recovery from neuro & cardio toxicity on the long term ? like for a recovery / restoring serotonin system ?
