Wife and I rolled in early October, and planning a Christmas or New Year's candyflip. We did some supplementation according to rollsafe (pre/during: ALA, vitamin c, magnesium, etc, and post roll of 5-htp). We don't live in the US or Europe, so NAC is hard to come by, but we have it now.
Is there a supplement "protocol" for the few weeks/days leading up to the roll?
Bear with me as I try to conceptualize this: how much water, how do you hold it in there, and for how long?
And the purpose of this is that it hits faster and harder? How long should one expect to start rolling/peaking?
Thanks for the advice. I'm curious as to whether to take NAC for a week or two leading up to the roll? Maybe it's not effective as immediately part roll?
