Hi! I know it’s dumb. But I’ve started combining ket comedowns and then coke to keep partying. I’m usually really good about hydration and electrolytes. And eating healthy around my rolls. I’ve been rolling more frequently. I’ve gotten lucky enough to find a job getting paid to party. Just sometimes I get this annoying pressure a couple days later. Maybe I’m over hydrating? Or not balancing electrolytes? I know I need to take a break for a few months. Or I won’t survive this job. But ugh! I love it so much.
