Quetiapine stopping mdma come down ?!?

Post Body

Ok so I’m bipolar and have EUPD as well. I’ve done mdma quite a few times and before I was on my antipsychotic mood stabiliser (quetiapine 150mg daily) I used to get mad come downs the day after.

A lil over a month ago I went to a festival and did half a pinger two days in a row (I was on ket, acid, md, coke and weed across the 6 days I was there) so I thought maybe the reason I didn’t have a come down was because I was just constantly fucked.

But last night I went to a rave with some friends, I bought 2 pingers and a draw of dawg from my usual plug. I had one pinger and like 0.3 of the zoot. We were drinking as well (ik that’s dangerous don’t come for me lmao) Anyway I was rolling hard and all was good. After I got home and took my meds, I was awake for a lil bit then passed out. Woke up at 5am needed some water, went back to sleep then woke up at abt 10:30 am. I feel great today , no come down at all, full of energy waiting to get on with my day.

It’s been a few hours now and I’m just really good, I’m defo not high anymore, but I have a feeling the mood stabiliser has interacted with the md keeping my mood up for longer.

I have no idea, anyone got any idea the reason behind it?

If anyone wants to know they were the pink maybach pingers 260mg, (plug tested batch with reagents showed me the results, all checked out, was cut with small amount khat but nothing unusual)
