What everybody’s opinion on food /rolling

I usually don’t eat for a few hrs before cos Iv hear it can take longer and dull the effects, and that seems to be true in my experiences. Have found that a small bit to eat just after iv taken a dose makes it hit faster. Just looking for other peoples experiences.
