Spacing out MDMA and MDA Doses

My girlfriend and I rolled last weekend, and we want to try Sass but I'm not sure long I should wait after rolling. I try to follow the 3 month rule but I'm not sure if that applies to MDA and MDMA the same way it applies to just MDMA. Also, never tried Sass before so not sure how it will effect me.
