Short roll and abrupt, awful comedown

Took roughly 180mg on Friday. First time in over 3 months (I’m also pretty active/healthy and on no meds). Tested everything and had heard nothing but rave reviews of the molly i was able to source. It was a super easy come up and hit around 40 minutes. Honestly, the first hour was probably the best roll I’ve ever had in my life. Pure love and euphoria.

However, i went from 100 to 0 in about 10 seconds. My initial thought was wtf am i not rolling anymore? That thought quickly faded and instead of just being bummed i was sober again, i had the most horrible comedown ever.

Up until this time, I’ve never rolled for less than 3/4 hours and also never had a bad comedown. However this time, the roll was over after an hour and i legitimately felt like i wanted to kms which was super scary, considering the concert i was at just started.

I redosed right before i came down suddenly, so 15 minutes later i felt amazing again, but an hour after that, the same thing happened. Oddly enough, i had an amazing after glow all day Saturday and am still feeling really good today.

I don’t expect anyone to tell me why that happened. I’ll probably chock it up as a subpar batch of mdma. More or less curious to hear if anyone’s ever experienced something similar before, because i honestly haven’t heard of that.

Tldr : has anyone ever had an amazing but insanely short (one hour or less) roll that ended abruptly and was followed by an immediate, awful comedown?
