How does differ duration between Oral, Inhaled and plugged?

By inhaled I assume you mean nasal. It’s widely accepted that snorting MDMA is painful and not worth it.
I often boof MDMA and take the same as I would orally. The comeup takes less than 15 minutes, it hits a little harder and the peak is slightly shorter.
