Help with structures

I need to know possibly a reason behind this. I have my custom structures and they are about 40 by 40 by 40, and for some reason, only about half the actual structure spawns when it generates. I did check and made sure that all of it was in the bounding box of the structure block. Im very confused onto why this is happening and would love to have help onto why its doing it and how to fix it.
