I just need to discuss this movies with people lol

At the end with Stranges spell, did it apply to everyone on earth or everyone period? Because there are people out in the cosmos who know that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Like Nick Fury, who they make a point to say is “Off World”. Carol Danvers, The Guardians, Thor? Will this come into play in the future somehow? Also, did the Stark tech forget who Peter was? Because the spell didn’t say anything about Technology. Assuming Peter never exsisted, he never met Tony. But Spider-Man did. But he has to have a Birth certificate and be able to pass a background check to get an apartment, so he has to have some sort of existence on the planet.
