So guys I'm a foreign medical student in my last 2 years of med school And I am thinking about applying for the exam

Can you help me by telling how are the registration steps/ what subjects are in the exam both (clinical and non clinical) What kind of question banks or first aid like text books would you recommend?

I have read the website but it was a little confusing the document about identity verification requires some offical to verify who I am in either French or English with stamping in said language but who would that official be if you are outside of Canada? Also is the student attestion Form required after graduation?

And what is CaRMS in laymen terms?

I know a lot of questions which sounds basic and maybe even dumb to you guys but please help me I just started the journey and I am Lost really really lost.
