Is there a list?
I just completed the mission "Cortana" in under 12 minutes but did not get the achievement for the par time which is supposed to be 15 minutes. I was also told that the skull tilt is impossible to get because it spawns in the air and falls down into a pit.
Is "All According to Plan" for Halo CE still bugged too?
