What to replace Meprednisone with long term?
Post Body

Hi, I live in Argentina where cromolyn and nedcromolyn don't not get sold except as oftalmic drops. Same with pemirolast. I'm already taking 2 pills of cetirizine a day, so levozetirizine, benadryl, loratadine and other antiallergic meds are out of the question.

There is ketotifen, right?

What other options do I have to replace corticoids with? As I've been told they're very bad long term. Because the problem is every doc I've seen tells me to quit but no one tells me what to repace it with and I can't just go without or I'd go back to eating just a handful of safe foods and that's not good for my health either.
