Curious what works for people to stay in shape while minimizing flairs, realizing that what triggers us all varies and even changes over time (or randomly) for us as individuals.
For me, walking and yoga seems okay but I want to build more muscle and improve my cardiovascular health. (My bp has gone up the last two years). Getting my heart rate up does cause symptoms, but Iβm starting to think itβs worth it and it could likely help my system overall once I build up endurance. I feel like everything with this disease is about balance!
Edit: realized someone else just posted about exercise symptoms, total coincidence.
