Frozen hot pot meat from the Asian grocery store! It's frozen but sliced super thinly, so I can take what I need as I go. Your mileage may vary, but as someone on the milder end of things (gastro symptoms and flushing but no anaphylaxis or anything), it's been working really well for me.
