When did you resign Pre-MBA?

I am an international and I want to resign early so that I get plenty of time to pursue some hobbies and travel before the MBA. If I apply in R1 and get the decision by early December, how does the overall timeline look like?
Earliest, when can I expect to confirm my seat, deposit mandatory fees, obtain MBA loans, Get an I-20, and appear in a visa interview?
